Chris is one of the most polite people to work with. He is honest, hard-working, and extremely trustworthy. I have used Northeast Maintenance on two occasions for interior painting. Both were fairly large jobs. The painter was one of the best painters I have come across. His cut-ins were incredible! Chris offers very fair pricing, and high-quality work.

Chris was extraordinary in his efforts to help us out. He came out twice at very short notice to inspect our gutters and roof edge in advance of a hurricane, and helped us diagnose and solve a major leak into our house from improperly installed gutters and flashing. The most astounding thing was when he came out to the house on a Sunday night, in the dark, wind, and rain, and spent two hours flashing our roof with the hurricane bearing down.

The proof was in the pudding. We didn't get a drop of water, despite very heavy rains which previously would have caused issues. All that, and Chris never deviated from his original estimate. I couldn't be more pleased with his work and his friendly demeanor. He is highly recommended.

Chris was quite accurate and honest in his pricing and the facts. He did his work quite delicately and I was quite pleased with his service. The current job was kind of small but I would surely consider him again in the future for any of my other related projects in my house. I would recommend him to anyone.

Chris worked very hard clearing the snow on our roof was. It was heavy and the roof was slippery. We are very grateful for the work he did. It took a couple of hours just to do the job and I know it saved us from getting a leak. He thoroughly cleaned around the sewer pipes and the bathroom exhaust pipe. He did a wonderful job.

We had two floors of windows on our house cleaned, inside and out. It went very well and we were very pleased. He was very thorough, and was willing to stay as long as needed to make the job was done properly.
