Northeast Maintenance Services is able to provide a variety of quality services to help maintain the homes and businesses of our clients. In the beginning we were primarily specialized in cleaning services but due to the nature of such services like our gutter cleaning service, we developed somewhat of a niche of looking for potential problems before they become big ones. We often have our eyes on places customers wouldn't ordinarily be able to inspect such as their gutters flashing trim boards roof shingles,siding, paint chimney's(crowns and mortar),ect.. Our service crews are encouraged and trained to note these issues when possible and provide detailed information in a report including pictures of the area of concern. Often we can do the repairs if requested but the customer has information where they can get anyone they prefer.

There are services that, though, we don't provide "directly" we have associates that do. Those associates work in fields such as: water and mold remediation, roofing carpentry, siding, windows and doors and even metal fabrication. These are associates that we have worked closely with and trust and have given us an opportunity to provide one location where clients can find quality specialists that can address many of their building needs.
